I signed up for your state exam prep class about a week ago. I scheduled my test for today, January 10th. Now, given the fact that this was my third attempt at the state part of the exam I needed some help and that's when I reached out to your website. I had just over a week to go through your prep before my big test day, and I took every moment I could to sit down and dive into what you had prepared for me. I thankfully passed my exam today and I can say it was 100% because of your course. I went in today with no fear and no stress because you had laid everything out on the table for me. I think your NC State content is fantastic. I have yet to find video-based study material that truly addresses the significant difference between the state and National tests. All the others video content I have seen claim to offer test prep for both national and state tests but I find that its simply not the case. They may include content specific to NC, but they still frame the question at a 6th grade reading level versus the 12th grade level that truly differentiates the state exam.

Honestly, I thought this course was a perfect review for the state portion of the real estate exam. I really enjoyed (no, really, ha) watching the videos, executing some questions with you and then undertaking a serious of questions on my own. That being said, the layout of the course was perfect for my needs, and I could pace myself for the amount of time I had allotted to study. The fact that each chapter follows the same progression was perfect for my Type A brain, also. In addition, I looked through, read, watched and took every single thing offered in the bonus materials, which I believe helped me on the exam. My husband quizzed me the night before with the rapid fire questions. And yes! I passed with flying colors. The correct answers seemed to be highlighted and blinking, lol; plus, I took your advice and went back through every single one from start to finish before hitting "score" just to be certain. I read them as if I was reading paragraphs out of the textbook to make sure the answers made sense in a sentence. Thank you so much for an awesome course that gave me infinite confidence.

Thank you first and foremost for the entire program. It helped me tremendously on my last exam, in which after 6 attempts I finally passed. I signed up for your program the night after I failed on the 5th attempt by 3 questions. I received your postcard in the mail the night before the exam. Two weeks later after going over every video and quiz forwards and backwards on the program helped me tremendously. The discussion through a topic then branching out into the relative information / likely questions about said topic on the video and the 100 part cheat sheet were the biggest help for me on the exam.
I had tried reading through the majority of the text book, PSI books, mock exam after mock exam, every quiz I could find, and flashcards before your program to no avail. It came altogether through your teachings for me.
