An on-demand course is similar to watching a pre-recorded television program. You watch as much of it as you want when you want. You can spend all day watching the video lessons and working on the practice tests (not a good idea), or watch a few lessons at a time (better.)
You enroll and pay for the the course by following a few simple steps in a process similar to ordering a product online. Once you have enrolled and paid, you log in with your user id and password and start the course.
The courses allow you to skip around so you don't have to take the lessons in order or to complete them. It's up to you.
You have an initial 90-day period to use the course. You can ask for an additional 30 days by emailing me.
Each course has video lessons. Most of the videos are 15 minutes long. Some are longer. You take the course at your pace and can do all of the course or just parts of it.
If you want to see the specific topics I cover, go here:
Every unit has hundreds of practice questions. Within each video lesson, I go over the typical exam questions on the topic and show you how to answer them. Then there are practice questions you do on your own, and I provide you with the reason for the right answer and discuss the wrong answers.
I also provide practice quizzes, test-taking tips, and other bonus materials at the end of each course.
NC instructors do not have access to state exam questions. HOWEVER, my students tell me my questions are EXACTLY like the ones they are seeing on the exam. I am the contributing author of the leading practices and principles textbook and write test questions professionally.
First, I have priced the course to be affordable. Other similar review programs will cost you $100 more than mine.*
Second, I have been a real estate teacher for more than 35 years. Many of the review products out there are not created by real estate teachers.
I also was an English teacher. Many students who are unsuccessful multiple times on the state exam have vocabulary and comprehension problems because the questions are long and the answers are longer. The language of test is very dense, much more than the questions on the national exam. I give a lot of guidance about how to read the questions.
I know what I am talking about when I teach. I even teach other real estate teachers. I have four college degrees in education, including a doctorate. I understand how tests are constructed.
I wrote this course. I teach it. I run the software behind it. This is personal for me.
You won't have to wait to get answers to your questions. Just email me.

Yes. I update my materials as soon as I know that new content is being tested.
See what other students who have failed the test say about my program here. I don't give refunds, but I can feel confident you will learn some important concepts and tips from the course that you didn't learn in other courses.
I don't provide tutoring one-on-one, but I am happy to answer your questions by email. I can also call you if you need more guidance.
There are any number of reasons. First, the test service does not give you feedback, so you don't know what the problem is.
It's likely that if you are just missing passing by 2 or 3 questions, it's reason #1 or #2. If you are missing by A LOT of questions, it's also reason #3.
Don't give up. A good real estate broker has to be persistent to be successful, too!

This morning I passed the NC state portion of the real estate exam! I passed the National portion a few weeks ago but had to make a second go of the NC portion. I’m thankful I received your postcard in the mail, because I feel like there is not enough emphasis in the NC portion with the regular pre-licensing classes. I am certain your instructional videos and information pushed me over the finish line! I turn 61 years old next week. This proves that you CAN teach old dogs new tricks!
From Sarah Atkins"
I just passed my National and my State exam on the first try in North Carolina! I have heard many times from many different sources how difficult this exam was, so needless to say I was really nervous going in. I honestly had mentally prepared myself to fail at least 1 portion of the exam on my first try, just to et it out of the way and get a taste for what it is like.
However, during the State portion I can honestly say that heard Debbie's voice in my head many, many times while reading the questions and reasoning my way through the correct answers. Your course was undoubtedly instrumental in helping me pass the state portion of the NC exam on the first try. I used two other popular exam prep resources but Debbie's course for the state portion of the exam is most definitely what helped me pass! Thank you, Debbie! You are a wonderful teacher and I am so glad I enrolled in your test prep course!
